Are you aware that as an owner of a modern commercial building you are sitting on top of a potential gold mine! Your heating and cooling system is equipped with sophisticated controls which will, when properly adjusted and calibrated, enhance your bottom line rather than that of our Xcel. Converting the rewards of your gold mine into cash in your bank account is straight forward and relatively inexpensive compared to the challenges that faced the Colorado miners of yesteryears. For starters, how does "close to free" cooling sound? Chances are your existing cooling systems were installed with components and controls designed to provide just that. Having those controls periodically calibrated along with the regular maintenance of the HVAC equipment will channel that gold into your bank account instead of Xcel's. Another large nugget in that gold mine is a properly operating occupied/unoccupied control system with an "ultimate start" feature. This latter feature keeps the HVAC systems in the unoccupied mode (meaning “not running”) until the very last minute required for it to bring the spaces to the normal comfort level required when the building is occupied. In other words, your tenants aren’t greeted to a chilly office first thing of a wintry morning nor a sultry one in July. Providing these attributes is not brain surgery but left to their own devices they will eventually subject your tenants to discomfort and/or reward your utility provider with extra revenues. Guess which of the two will not voice objections. Climate Engineering has the know how and the instrumentation to determine if these components of your systems are properly calibrated and are providing you with the monetary savings and tenant comfort that you should be enjoying. A call to 303-777-2056 can put you on the path to mining that gold. |
